Connections

Connections is a community welfare agency of the Uniting Church’s UnitingCare network in Australia supporting people in need and empowering them to live more fulfilling lives as valued members of the community.

Our services respond to the needs of children, young people, families, couples and individuals throughout Melbourne’s eastern and southern suburbs. In undertaking this work we prioritise the rights of children and young people to protect against all forms of harm, abuse and exploitation.

Connections understands that there are times when things are difficult in your life. Sometimes we have the support of family and friends, but at times this is not enough and we need the help of an agency like Connections.
